1985年生まれ。北海道札幌市出身。北海道造形デザイン専門学校卒。
2006年、東京にてカリカチュアアーティストとしてのキャリアをスタート。
2014年、米ネバダ州にて行われたカリカチュアの世界大会【ISCA convention】で優勝。カリカチュア世界王者となる。
2016年、主に動物画を描く画家に転身。町田アトリエをオープン。
2023年、アトリエを赤坂に移転。
最新デバイスを使ったイラストレーションのデモンストレーターとしても各種イベントに登壇しており、2019年Adobe Japan Prerelease Advisor就任。ロサンゼルスにて行われた世界最大のクリエイターの祭典【Adobe MAX】にて、この年唯一の日本人によるセッション【Adobe Fresco Dojo:Japanese Blackbelt Illustrators Draw Live】に登壇。
Apple丸の内店にて、iPad artのワークショップ【Today at Apple】に２度登壇。
Painter
Born in 1985 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, he graduated from Hokkaido College of Art & Design.
In 2006, he began his career as a caricature artist in Tokyo. In 2014, he won the ISCA Convention, the world’s premier caricature competition held in Nevada, USA, earning the title of World Caricature Champion.
In 2016, he transitioned to a full-time career as a painter, focusing primarily on animal subjects, and opened his studio in Machida, Tokyo. In 2023, he relocated his studio to Akasaka.
He has also appeared at numerous creative events as a demonstrator of digital illustration using the latest creative technologies. In 2019, he was appointed an Adobe Japan Prerelease Advisor and was invited to speak at Adobe MAXin Los Angeles, the world’s largest creativity conference. There, he presented “Adobe Fresco Dojo: Japanese Blackbelt Illustrators Draw Live,” the only session that year delivered by Japanese presenters.
He has also led the Today at Apple iPad art workshop twice at Apple Marunouchi in Tokyo.

Artistic Philosophy
僕は絵の上手さとは「写実性の高さ」だと考えています。
しかし写実性の高い「上手い絵」がそのまま「良い絵」になるとは思っていません。もし写実性だけが絵の良し悪しを決めるのであれば、写真に勝るものは存在しないはずだからです。
僕にとって良い絵とは何か。
それは「見る人の想像力を掻き立てる絵」です。
人類は想像力を刺激されることを常に求めていると思います。なぜなら、人生は想像力次第でいかようにも広がっていくことを本能的に知っているからです。
僕自身、絵に想像力を育まれてきました。だからこそ今度は自分の描く絵を通して、誰かの想像力や創造力を刺激できる作家でありたいと思っています。
これからもこの想いを軸に、一枚一枚の作品と真摯に向き合い、制作を続けていきます。
Artistic Philosophy
I believe that technical skill in painting is defined by the level of realism an artist can achieve.
However, I do not believe that a highly realistic painting is necessarily a great work of art. If realism alone determined the value of a painting, then photography would always be superior.
So what makes a painting truly meaningful to me?
It is a painting that sparks the viewer’s imagination.
I believe that people are naturally drawn to experiences that awaken their imagination, because, deep down, we instinctively understand that imagination has the power to expand the possibilities of our lives.
My own imagination has been nurtured through art. That is why I aspire to create paintings that inspire the imagination and creativity of others.
Guided by this belief, I will continue to approach every painting with sincerity and dedicate myself to creating works that invite people to imagine beyond what they see.
